Romano Inn: avoid this hotel if you do want be sure that your reservation will be honoured. I booked two rooms with several months in advance getting the confirmation after sending all my credit card informations. One week after leaving my country, I send a message asking for re-confirmation. No answer even after sending again the message.
The day before my arrival, when I already was in Italy, I received a message from Romano Inn asking for credit card data. I send it again even having already supplied all the information.
Hours late I received another message saying they have a problem with the bathrooms and there are no rooms available for me. I suppose they tried the first message hoping I will not read and reply it and they could get a reason for "cancel" my reservation.
They choose another hotel, out of the historic center, area that I have choosen carefully for my stay in Rome. They are not reliable.More
