Room was very small but clean. Building's exterior is a little on the "gritty" side but we never felt unsafe in the area. Incredibly tiny elevator and shower. An odd rule where guests are requested/required to drop off their key before leaving the building.
Refrigerator was barely cooler than the room. Staff was polite and helpful.

Positives:
-In the centre of Naples.
-15 min walk (some uphill) from the Alibus airport bus drop-off point.
-Hand painted art painted directly onto the walls to give a quirky feel.
-Within easy walking distance to many great cultural sights.
-Very much part of the ‘local resident’ area (not all glam and ‘fake’ for the tourists)
-Rooms cleaned daily and spotless.
-24hour reception with friendly staff.
-Modern air conditioning with easy control remote.
-Shower very warm (as you would expect but I’ve been to places where it isn’t!)
-Free in-room safe (just had to ask for the key)
-Free WiFi that worked well.
-Lift to reception on 4th floor (although it is the smallest lift I have ever seen!)
-Breakfast (more like a number of snacks to be fair but for €3.50 you can’t expect much more) served at a time to suit you in your room between 7.30 and 10.30. Note- don’t pay extra for breakfast through your travel operator as it’s the same €3.50 breakfast for everyone if you want it.
-30 min brisk walk from Naples central train station.
-20 min walk to the cleaner, less congested area around the bay.
-Busy area at night.

Negatives:
-‘Double’ Beds ok for one person but mine was more like a 3 quarter size than a double (maybe this was because I was travelling alone though?)
-Noise on 4th floor where reception is (on the corridor where the 4th floor rooms are is a toilet that staff use. The pipework is very noisy- you can’t avoid hearing it.) Also noise from reception would keep you awake if you were a light sleeper as well as noise from local apartments which are very close opposite (depends where your room is located I guess)
-On main airport flight-path so low flying jets can be heard every half an hour or so.
-In room fridge but it didn’t work even after playing with the temperature dial.
-In room TV but no British channels such as BBC Worldwide or anything like that. (Depends how important TV is to you when you’re on holiday though)
-Situated in a quite run-down area with a big graffiti problem (if you see it as a problem and not art)

Overall, the place was fine for me to stay in for a few nights alone but I wouldn’t recommend for families and I wouldn’t take friends to stay there if I visited again.

Double bed barely fit 1,5 persons but not 2 persons that’s for sure!!
Internet never worked for 3 days in a row.
Toiletries supplied only once, at arrival: 1 sample of shampoo and 1 small soap, and 2 rolls of toilet papers.
The fridge did not work either.
On the plus side, it is well located, we had hot water and towels.

i spent 4 nights in this hotel and all i can say is only good words. if you take the bus from the airport and you get off in the second stop in 10 minitues max youll find the hotel. there is a lot of security and the location is the best beacuse every step you make it will lead you to something you had on your visit list. only 50 meters away theres a supermarket and abou 100 metres there are a lot of shops to eat italian food. the rooms were clean and smelled nice the staff were very helpful and the cleaning ladies would aways greet us and smile , it was so heartwarming!! the only thing i didnt like was the bed it was very uncomftarble we would wake up everyday and our whole body was hurtting! overall its a very good option and for the price and for the location its like you have hit the jackpot!!!

The best thing about this hotel is its location, and the staff that clean the rooms.
The hotel is in walking distance to a lot of must see places, come out the door of the hotel, turn right, heading down the hill, you will find a small supermarket, tobac shop, a lovely little coffee shop. turn right at the end of the street will leave you toward the bay of Naples, 15/20 min walk.
Come out the door of the hotel and turn left, up the hill, you will find a big square, with a church, shops, a few restaurants, a must see is The Church of the veiled Christ 5 min walk. If you like pizza, go to Sorbello's famous pizzeria, great pizza great staff, worth the wait outside.
The hotel its self, is cheap & cheerful, the pic's of the rooms you see, well are not anything like the room we had, but our room was cleaned every day, I am not one for giving bad reviews on places I stay, unless they are really bad. If your looking for somewhere to put your head down at night, well its fine.

Room Tip: the reception is on the 4th floor of this old building, the reception area can be noisy, so pick a room away from it.
