staff at this hotel went out of there way to accommodate us we stayed for a one night stop over enroute to Capri I left a dress in wardrobe and whilst waiting at the port for the boat to Sorrento the manager pulled up on his Vespa with my dress
The hotel was clean nice self serve breakfast, and a brilliant location. would definitely recommend for a short stay no frills #perfect

Sneaked off work early for a quick 3 nights break in hot Naples and stayed at the Golden Hotel. Chose this hotel due to its location which was absolutely perfect for exploring Napoli. (I work for an Italian Co. so I am learning Italian and good language practise)

The hotel is also near Via Chiaia - where great shopping deals can be had.

The hotel is well designed and modern.

My only issues were the Wifi dropped connection too often, breakfast charcuterie was a massive, massive let down (but the bakery was good) and the fan was too loud at night. I am a light sleeper. I hadto turn it off the fan at night time, even though the temperature was late 20s degrees in the night time and 30+ degrees in the day time.

Staff were very warm and courteous

Room Tip: Do not opt for room 209 - Better rooms are available

The hotel is located a 2 min walk from Toledo metro station (5 min ride from Garibaldi station)and the main shopping street, and in 20 mins you can reach, on foot, the Archeological museum, sea front , castles etc.
The staff are firendly. The room was modern, with air-con and faced the side street - so it had a few early morning cars and scooters. The breakfast was reasonable for a 3 star hotel

Room Tip: Perhaps avoid rooms close to the breakfast room on the 1st floor

Location: This hotel has an excellent location, close to metro (3 minutes walk to Toledo Metro station) and shopping street (3 minutes) Via Toledo and Via Umberto and to main attractions are also at close range like capello Sansevera ( not to mis this beautriful piece of art, about 20 minutes walk)
Breakfast: Good cappuchino and warm sweet pastry as wel as bread, cheese and ham.
Not a big hotel, so also small breakfastroom. Elivator available.
Better to get a good map at the info point: ( 15 minutes walk from hotel) at palace square (what has been rebuild to church, also worth to take a look inside)
Service: Good and kind service
Room: Clean, not very big, comfortable. we had room at the back 2nd floor, this was good.
Bathroom: clean, sufficient light, bidet, next to toilet, hairblower and rainshower.

Room Tip: 2nd floor at the back was great.

I have no hesitation in recommending this small hotel: the beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, modern and well furnished. There is a mini-bar and a strong box in every room. Breakfast on the first floor, is ample and the fresh Neopolitan pastries are delicious. The staff on the desk are charming and most obliging. The hotel location (2 minutes walk from Toledo underground station, a short walk to Molo Beverello (boats to Capri and Sorrento). Also nearby; Pzza del Plebiscito (Palazzo Reale) the historical centre. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. I will use this hotel in future when I go to Naples.
