Location, location, location. Centrally located walking distance to most of the must sees. Extremely helpful and attentive staff. Clean and good size rooms. Nishan at front desk speaks English and is always eager to answer any questions we have. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location. Very spacious...
We stayed in a central area of Naples called Chaiai at the Hotel Residence Plebiscito Aparthotel.
We were picked up from Naples Centralle train station and dropped off by the cabbie at the bottom of our street as it was closed to traffic so we dragged our luggage up the street to our hotel... fortunatley not very far!
It was a small but nice entrance to the hotel. We were greeted by the lovely concierge chap and settled into our huge spacious room.
It had no external window but did have a central window opening to a breezway that opened to the sky... the bed was really comfy and the room has a small kitchette and a nice but small ensuite bathroom.
We went for a lovely meal at a nearby Italian restaurant...
A lovely area and place to stay!
Chiaia (Italian pronunciation: [ˈkjaja]) is a neighbourhood on the seafront in Naples, bounded by Piazza Vittoria on the east and Mergellina on the west. The most prominent landmark in the area is the large public park known as the Villa Comunale. Historically, it underwent initial development in the late 16th and early 17th centuries as the Spanish rulers of Naples opened the city to the west of its historic boundaries.
Today Chiaia is one of the most affluent neighborhoods in the city. On the main streets of Chiaia many brands have their shops.

We showed up at midnight after our other reservation fell through. The staff was so accommodating and we were so pleased with our spacious room with a balcony!! The location is central and ideal and we didn’t have a single complaint.

We stayed here for 3 nights. It was amazing. I have nothing but good words to say.
1. Location best place in naples, at via chiaia one of the main roads of napoli and maybe the best. Lots of stores, restaurants, bars actually everything you need just 5-10 minutes by walking.
2. Staff very nice, helpful and kind. Always ready to help and answer every question we have.
3. Rooms- huge. You won't believe how big the rooms are.
Also i can say that the hotel is clean.
So, highly recommend.
