We stopped a few times during our trip to Naples to enjoy sweets at Sfogliatella Mary, which is located at one entry of Galleria Umberto which meets Via Toledo.
The place is a hole in the wall, you gotta queue and fight your way to the register without much system honestly.
We had a lobster's tail with chantilly cream (very tasty but so heavy), babà (good) and zeppola (good). Overall the flavors were good, there is a good amount of pastries to choose from, prices slightly steeper than other pastry shops.
If you happen to be around it is worth stopping by.
P.s: no ricotta-free sfogliatelle, so I could not taste them.
