Easily the best two meals we had during our 10 days in Sorrento. We have been busy recommending this to anyone who would listen !
To say that this restaurant is off the beaten track is something of an understatement, but so glad we took the 15 min walk up from Tasso Square. On our second visit, the waiter dropped us off back in town via the Audi convertible, which was very welcome.
The service was excellent on both occasions, we were greeted warmly and looked after all evening. The food was to die for, from the lovely appetiser to the amazing deserts and even the sweet treats with Limoncello. We knew we were onto a winner when my beef carpaccio came out in a glass tureen full of wood smoke! Another highlight was the melon and parma ham. Just divine. The pasta dishes were perfect and beautifully presented - and the steak was everything you could hope. Even the house wine we had on the first visit was pretty reasonable.
Given the quality of the food and service, we were more than happy with the bill. By far the best value meal(s) of the trip.
Thanks for the wonderful meals. Hope to be back.
