Situated inside the Cathedral, the route to the top is arduous, but there are places for weary travellers to rest. The view at the top shows all vistas across Valencia. For only 2 euros, this is a pleasant diversion from old town ambling.

The views from the top are really nice and you can get a good sense of Valencia's layout and architecture - it really puts things in perspective. There are over 200 steps on a winding staircase, quite the climb, but the view is worth the climb and the 2 euro entry fee.
My 4 yo loved climbing Micalet! The next day when we passed it by she even asked to climb it again 😊 The view from the top is really nice 👍
If you want to have an idea of how beautiful Valencia is, you have to go up in The Miguelete!!! Climb all the stairs is hard but gratifying
It is quite tiring to get to the top but well worth the climb when you do. The city looks amazing and we were lucky to have sunshine. A good place to start your visit to understand the layout.
Exit the cathedral, pay your money and climb the staircase. Steep, long and winding, not for the fainthearted or unfit, but the reward is an excellent panoramic view of Valencia and beyond.
