A stunning hotel with fantastic facilities right on the beach.
Great location for exploring the port / marina and for getting into town.
Lovely pool area.
Some really good restaurants and bars just a stones throw from the hotel.
Concierge very helpful for recommending and booking some fantastic restaurants.
Highly recommendable place

Los Arenas is a nice hotel by the beach with a big swimming pool and an excellent restaurant. The staff is really welcoming and always eager to help. The only flaws are the lack of a private beach and the look of the average international hotel without a defined identity.

This is such a lovely hotel, perfectly located on a lovely stretch of beach. We had a relaxing few days of bliss. The room was a good size and we had a lovely big balcony with a sea view. Breakfast was an expensive addition but it was superb . There is a great row of restaurants and bars close by which made a pleasant evening out. Definitely recommended for a relaxing break with a touch of luxury.

We stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Booked directly with the hotel online, city view room (room only).
Room was ready when we arrived in the morning, a great start. Beautiful room, well equipped, no sea view obviously but great sunsets from here. 1 bottle of water provided per stay and 3 Nespresso capsules per day (1 decaf) with 1 tiny milk, paper Nespresso cups provided. Great daily cleaning and turn down with chocolates. Cava and treats provided for anniversary, a lovely touch.
Found all staff to be friendly and helpful with perfect English. Special mention of Andreas working hard at the pool bar, very attentive and customer focussed. Concierge very helpful too.
We had wonderful weather, 29C at the end of September allowing us to make use of the wonderful pool area.
Great bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Pool bar menu limited and pricey (better to eat out) but drinks reasonably priced for a 5* hotel.
Decent shower area to use before your flight (could not keep the room on as hotel fully booked).
Would definitely recommend and would love to return.
Cash point and water shop are a few minutes walk, not easy to find !
Taxi outside hotel, 25€ to airport. Open top bus stop just outside the hotel too.

Stayed here as a family with two kids (5 &1) for one night. We have had booked two family rooms which were well located with balconys and a nice view on the beach.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Very good breakfast!
What we didn‘t like about the hotel was that we were not allowed to use the spa area because there are no kids allowed :-( One reason why we had booked this hotel because the indoor and spa area looked nice on the website and we were looking for some relaxing time. Also the hotel would charge you extra to use spa and sauna.
Only place we could use instead was a small cold pool indoor.

Dear guest,

Thank you very much for your comments regarding your recent stay with us, which I will share with my team.

At our spa, there is a relax circuit, that is not a leisure pool. We take note of the water temperature of the indoor pool.

I very much appreciate your time in sharing your comments and I look forward to welcoming you back soon.

Sincerely.
