I had the pleasure to stay in this hotel for a one week business trip including a weekend also.
The rooms are ok, of a good size for 1 or 2 persons. Wifi is working well, and rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable enough.
Bathroom well furnished and clean.
The airco was working good also.
The bar and restaurant at the ground floor is good, i dont understand why there was not too many people because i clearly had good dinner with quality food.
The staff was very nice for checking, checkout, recommendation for sightseeing as well as the restaurant staff which are very nice.
The breakfast is well furnished as well (continental buffet).

Regarding to pricing, it is maybe a little bit high for holidays when comparing to similar hotel but for business trip, it is fine.

I would recommend to the hotel manager to better use the roof top/solarium. It has a very good view on the city, especially at sunset. the top floor is currently used as fitness center but would be good for having a drink as well ;)

Averall i had a good stay in Valencia at this hotel.

Hotel is very close to the Oceanarium. A long but scenic walk away from the historic sights. Staff very helpful and guide you to a convenient bus.

Rooms are a little tight. Our triple room had no space for bags. Bathrooms spacious and well-equipped. Loved the golf-ball shaped soaps.

Wifi was free.

We loved the breakfast buffet.

Room Tip: Higher rooms are better. Great breakfast.

Concierge and room were good. Concierge staff were very professional and helpful. They gave us all the information we asked for. Also put stamps on our post card and posted them. Bus stop for Number 19 bus to the city is just outside the hotel. Very conveniently located, good location, walking distance to the City of Arts and Science. Easy bus ride to the city centre and beach. Many good restaurants within walking distance.
But slightly disappointed with the breakfast. Cold section was fine. But choice of hot food was very limited for vegetarians and people who do not eat pork products. Also service at the restaurant for breakfast was quite limited. May be due to staff shortage. No one came to take order for hot food or tea/ coffee. We needed to go and find someone to order!
But all in all a good stay.

The hotel was fine but does not have a room safe or ironing board in the room. Staffing levels were minimal at the front desk and the breakfast buffet. There was a large group in the hotel and breakfast service was poor - no coffee or hot dishes.

Long day on the road and checked in to be greeted by Kevin at front desk. Eager to please and very professional. He tells me his goal is to exceed my expectations And he did with upgrades that were not part of my package. Food and beverage also did a nice job with room service - quick, and hot fresh food.
This hotel should definitely climb the rank in Valencia's crowded hotel scene
