We stayed at this hotel en route to Moraira as part of our road trip!
We arrived into Pamplona at about 3pm, and tried to follow Sat Nav instructions - but to no avail! Much of Pamplona is pedestrianised, and the road the Hotel is on is one of these roads...
So, you need to accept that this hotel is situated in the old town, and as such don't expect to get a car too close!
So, once we got there... The room was clean, of a reasonable size and with a nice bathroom. Comfortable beds and remarkably quiet when you consider the location!
The location is what this place is all about. you are right in the middle of where its at in Pamplona. No more than 5 mins walk and you are in the main square and all the little roads with bars serving pincxos (like tapas, but served on bread).
Breakfast in the hotel is also noteworthy. A classic Spanish breakfast of coffee, juice and croissant (pastry) or toast (baguette rubbed with tomato) for 4.50 - well worth it!!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 2 weekend nights during San Fermin, and loved it.

Positives:
- It is a hop skip and a jump from Plaza del Castillo, and is hence in a very favorable location as everything is in walking distance.
- Less than a 10 minute walk from the bus station
- All of the hotel staff were courteous;
the hotel answered any/all questions that I had leading up to my arrival and were also able to get me some great tickets to the bull fight that were much cheaper than any of the websites were offering, the cleaning lady was very courteous, and the bar staff were quick to greet us in passing.

Negatives:
We shared a wall and could hear the folks next door pretty easily. No issue, as we were all in fiesta mode and on similar schedules, but just something to consider if you are a light sleeper.

That said, I would definitely stay here again! For San Fermin or a quick visit to the city.

We booked this mid-range hotel through Booking.com. It has an excellent balance between central location, price and quality. The room was small but clean. Bathroom good. Service good. and the centre of town at your feet. Car access is easy, before 11 am and between 2.30pm and 4.30 pm. The nearby public car park (the hotel provides discount) is nearby and easy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be in the centre at a reasonable price. As a footnote, I can not help but react to the review of "grahamesir", who does not appear to be a "sir". All his complaints are unreasonable as they do not say anything about the hotel, but about the traveller himself. The hotel is easy to find, and there is car access at certain hours. If you have an oversized car, don't travel to the centre of European towns. Simple. If you want a healthy breakfast, don't go to Spain. And the hotel is surrounded by excellent restaurants and tapas bars. So "grahamesir" is highly unreasonable in his expectations , his views, and his behaviour as a traveller. Sorry, but I needed to say this.

Room Tip: Get a room at the back if you can, as they are quite. The front rooms also have double glazing, but at times the street can be very busy.

Book this hotel at your peril. Do not believe what they put on their website or what Booking.com say about them. Their website does not tell the truth and they will penalise you for believing it. Do not depend on Booking .com to support you, they will always support the business they represent.

There is no vehicular or disabled access, even if you request it. You cannot even get a taxi there. You cannot park on the street and you cannot park in the public underground car park if you have an oversized vehicle. If phoning the hotel you will not find anyone that speaks or understands English despite their claim on the website that they 'Speak your language' (only if you're Spanish). If you have trouble finding the hotel, I failed although using 2 satnavs, the hotel will offer no assistance whatsoever.

If you fail to find the hotel, as I suspect many do, you will still be charge full rate for it if you pre-booked. I have given this hotel 1 star as the website insists on a rating but in reality this hotel doesn't justify any rating whatsoever.

You would be much better off booking at Hotel Bed4U which is slightly out of town. It very easy to find, has easy parking, very friendly and helpful staff who speak exceptionally good English. The rooms are spacious, clean and warm and very reasonably priced. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced, the breakfast is a feast on its own.

It is also next to a fuel station so you don't need to go looking for a fill up.

Room Tip: Choose Hotel Bed4U instead. A much better, friendlier hotel.

I was walking the Camino de Santiago. When we arrived at the hotel we were a little taken aback by its simple appearance from the street. Once past that, our stay was great. Right in the middle of tapas area, the hotel had the best tapas with a great bar tender. I'd stay here again.
