Our flight landed in Madrid at 21.30 and we needed to be back at the following day airport for 08.00, after collecting our luggage my Husband rang the number provided when we booked,we were collected after about 15 minutes, yes there's was a wait to book in at reception but this is because the hotel staff are booking in a minibus full of people all having to book in but there were 3 staff on the front desk, all were proficient and polite we were all soon booked in, the foya is large and there are sofas to sit on, our room was large , clean and quiet, we used the bar for a couple of drinks and some tapas l was able to have 2 glasses of cava and the food was of a good quality at a good price , as l said the room was very quiet despite the hotels location to the airport, we only heard the airplanes when outside. Breakfast was good offering a selection of both hot and cold food and drink. We booked the minibus for our return back to the airport the night before back and it was on time checking us on board using our room number, we were dropped at departures in plenty of time for our forward travel. We will us again.

We met a very warm, friendly and helpful staff. For an airport hotel which is locatet next to a highly frequented highway it is remarkable quiet inside the rooms. Has a motel character. Big rooms. We appreciated the shuttle service to the airport.

As taxi was driving from Madrid airport I realized this hotel used to be a a prostitution hotel and now converted adding a few curtains and a hotel sign. I wouldn't recommend if you want to stay in Madrid, no sites near, no walking access, no nice sites, just industrial and motorway making noise.
Rooms on main building old, not well maintained (remember showers were designed for a clean up for next client)
TV is an old one probably 90's (wobbly screen) only national 5 Spanish free channels.
Food is very expensive!! Don't order room service, 4€ for a can of coke or a beer.
And quality is not high, I would say is more like a road bar.
Breakfast was not my favourite 9€, asking 1 extra euro if you wanted real coffee.
Not even a reasonable buffet, if your are heading to the airport get breakfast there!
Not even orange juice was real.
By the way don't book breakfast through the web is cheaper if you go to the hotel and ask for it.
Toilets full of black fungus although all is clean, an important update is a must.
Basically is a solution for who uses it as car parking and fly with a quick sleep if possible.
In conclusion a big rip-off 194€ one night and a very bad hotel.
Oh! WiFi is free but as soon as I connected someone attacked my laptop using port mapper.

Tiene usted razón al mencionar que la situación del hotel no es céntrica, la mayoría de hoteles del aeropuerto no lo son y nosotros estamos a tan solo 5 minutos del aeropuerto. Podemos llegar a entender que le parezca caro que un camarero le suba a su habitación una coca-cola por el precio de 4€, pero ya sabe usted que la comodidad tiene un precio, como es habitual en los servicios room service de cualquier hotel.
Respetamos que precio de nuestro completo desayuno buffet, 6€, le haya parecido excesivo, que el café de nuestra máquina, primera marca de Nestle, no fuera de su agrado y que que el zumo de naranja, también primera marca de Nestlé, no fuera natural y por tanto no grato a su paladar; de la misma forma también respetamos que el precio de 1€ le parezca excesivo por un Nesspresso.
También entendemos que el precio que pagó usted por el alojamiento de esa noche, 194€, le parezca un disparate, pero me gustaría que recordara que las opciones en otros hoteles de la zona para esa noche superaban los 700€ por habitación, quizás hubiera debido optar usted por cualquiera de esas opciones, donde por un precio adicional de 30€ por el desayuno sin duda hubiese usted podido disfrutar del zumo y café al que parece usted estar acostumbrado. Nos disculpamos por no haber podido cumplir sus expectativas, pero por 6€ nos esforzamos en ofrecer las mejores marcas del mercado, le reitero nuestras disculpas por no haber podido agradar sus gustos.
Respetamos, pero no entendemos, sus quejas con respecto a la limpieza de las habitaciones, nos enorgullecen los comentarios de nuestros clientes cuando hacen referencia a que nuestras habitaciones son funcionales y sobre todo muy limpias, jamás hemos recibido quejas con respecto al moho al que hace usted referencia, resulta extraña su generación espontánea...
Nuestro hotel tiene un carácter familiar y estamos orgullosos de ayudar a aquellos pasajeros que necesitan soporte en sus viajes vacacionales con enlacen en el aeropuerto, especialmente a familias con niños.
Lo que de ninguna manera podemos respetar y mucho menos permitir son sus veladas y torticeras insinuaciones acerca de supuestas actividades de prostitución y hackeo informático en nuestro hotel. Sus palabras en ese sentido lejos de reflejar una opinión son un claro ataque contra nuestra reputación y derecho al honor, por lo que entablaremos las acciones legales oportunas para la defensa de nuestros lícitos intereses.

I've read some poor reviews of this place so my expectations were not high. BUT I have to say apart from having to wait a little longer than I'd like for the transfer bus to collect me from the airport all the staff were very helpful and polite and very organised in sorting out the return trip back to the airport. I did go in the bar for a drink but didn't try the food, however I did view several people eating whom cleared their plates without complaint. The restaurant looked very nice but was closed upon my visit as it was very late evening, but the bar had suitable chairs and tables, it was not the cheapest food you can choose but for an airport location prices are not unreasonable.
My room was a good size, comfortable and clean, so for the price it is a reasonable stop over and a very good location for the airport. If you want 5star location and treatment, pay a lot more and go elsewhere. You get more than you pay for in my opinion.

Room Tip: Call for the Minibus to collect you from the airport early

Booked a triple room for 2 nights. Good Value, clean, tidy, and good breakfast. Looks a little tired from outside. Very close to airport approach but noise not a problem. Staff were helpful although English was limited. We had a car but there is a free bus to the airport.
