This is the PERFECT place to stay if you just have a few hours and want to grab a nap or a shower while in Madrid airport. However, a hotel it is not. It is located underground in the airport near the train station and rooms have no windows. I found that somewhat claustraphobic. Staff is very nice.

I have stayed at this location several times. It is perfect for long layovers in Madrid, The rooms are quiet and clean. The only drawback is you must exit security and then re-enter the airport which can chew up a lot of time. The food service consists of light snacks, tea sandwiches, drinks, yogurts, etc..

This hotel is located in the airport.
Next to the metro station. The hotel looks and feels like a big shoe box, the rooms like prison cels, without windows.
The metro station is next to your room, you feel and hear the trains.
Breakfast of a very poor quality.
The only good thing is Nespresso coffee in the room.
Go for another location.

The room that we had was in dire need of maintenance. The walls were very dirty as was the carpet. The sheets were patched in some areas.

The trains come through one floor down making noice and vibration. Really tough to sleep there.

While this place is convenient, right inside the terminal. You could be better off in a Motel 6.

Excellent airport hotel. Room we had was very spacious, clean and had everything you need for a transit stop. Got 8hours good sleep. Bonus of a nespresso machine in the room. Breakfast was pretty good too! Highly recommend for this type of stop.
