We only stayed for one night for a StayCation for my birthday and what a wonderful experience it was. The rooms were beautiful, I was welcomed with a bottle of bubbly in my room and we then had an amazing three course dinner. More

This is the second time I stayed at the hotel. I was upgraded to the Rock View Suite, what a room! Huge lounge, huge bedroom and huge bathroom, the shower was WOW. The only annoying thing was the air con did not work that well and the room being sun facing got extremely hot. Breakfast included was very good and plentiful. The pool are is small, but the pool itself was nice. Location in the marina was good, lots of choices of restaurants outside and a 15 min walk to the airport. Impressed with the hotel.

Beautiful location in the marina, overlooking the Spanish coastline. The rooms are spacious and full of modern technology, but it did not work all the time. The maid service was poor in respect of the time of making up the room. Twice, within the week, we had to call to reception when the room was not made up by 4pm. The noise from the extension to the marina was ridiculous with heavy plant arriving and leaving throughout the day, directly under our balcony. The hotel should have pre-warned us and we would have booked elsewhere. The reception staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming. In summary; an excellent location, but for the expense of this hotel, the service should be better.

Beautiful hotel and services. Right in the heart of the social area. Food delicious, service excellent. Made to feel very welcome at al times. Had an issue with noise above room but quickly resolved when questioned.

Nice lovey stay. Just work on the Ladies in the level 7 bar. The hotel is lovely. It was so quiet with like 4 people in the level 7 bar. Why was the staff not so attentive. The Man was class. The Spanish Lady was rude. If you have 2 tables only, see if they are OK. That aside. Lovely stay and will return.

We stayed for 3 nights in one of the suites. We were lucky to get a quick break to Gib before even more strict Covid lockdowns. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Genuinely couldn't have done more for us. Enjoyed some lovely meals nearby in the restaurants. Will be back again!
