Stayed here five nights and enjoyed every minute of it! We arrived early, and was swiftly taken care of at the reception. Our room was not ready yet, but we were offered a welcome drink in the restaurant while we were waiting. It was definatly worth the waiting.
What an apartement we got! We had the superior apartement, and it proved to be an excellent choice. The apartement was formed like a half circle with balcony all along the outside. We had morning sun and view to the city centre on one side, and sunset and seaview on the other. No less than 11 windows made sure we had plenty of view from the inside as well.
Bathroom: Big with bathtub/shower. Clean towels provided daily.
Bedroom: TV, plenty of storage space, safety box and a very comfortable bed.
Livingroom/kitchen: Sleeping sofa, TV, coocking facilities and lots of dishes.
We did not use the air-con as the sea breeze kept the apartement cool. Wi-fi was a little bit slow some times, but generally worked good.
The hotel has thrree restaurants. We used the Vento restaurant a few times, mostly because the showed the World Cup on several big screens, and was satisfied with quality of the food, price level and service. Never tried the breakfast buffet, but it looked good. We ate breakfast in the apartement every morning. There is a mini mart no the premises where you can by fresh bread every morning, and they have all the iother ingridients you need for a good breakfast.
There are two swimming pools. We had one of them more or less to ourselves. Closest beach is two minutes walk. City centre I guess is about 20 mins walk, but you can take the small train that stops right outside the hotel, every 30 mins.
I doubt you will find a better alternative in this pricerange in Sitges. Highly recommended.

Room tip: Superior apartment !

Stayed for 9 nights in a apt which was a good size. Good choice at breakfast with a good choice. Also had its own mini market which is good value and handy do close. It’s at the end of the main strip which we liked as it’s was quite and we also hired a car. Free parking just around the corner if you don’t want pay €14 euros to park in the car park. You also get free bikes to use for your entire stay which is a nice touch. Sitges is a beautiful place to visit only about 35 mins from Barcelona airport. Would defiantly stay at this hotel again a good selection of shops around the old town

Service is terrible restaurants would rather you walk into town to eat, making it clear there to busy to serve you, ordered a kids meal which should come with an ice cream to which we thought we'd received, when in fact they charged us £5 each for them and tried saying they were the big ones and weren't included ‍♂️So why did they give them to the kids!!! The waiter continued shouting in front of our children across the table Very unhappy will not return!!!

This is a great hotel /apartments. If I could make one recommendation it would be to increase staffing at restaurant and bar! I felt they were over stretched at busy times resulting in long delays for pretty average food! It was obvious they were struggling to keep their composure in their interactions with customers!
It is also worth noting that the kitchen (servicing all 4 restaurants) closes from 4 to 7.30! We witnessed loads of people being turned away during these times for trying to order food! Not a great idea if the hotel wants to increase profits!
But I would definitely recommend the hotel for facilities, cleaning, location and comfort.
