This hotel is in a wonderful location (once you have no mobility issues) in medieval town of Girona. Family run hotel, reception very friendly and good local suggestions. They organised anything we asked for.
We are well travelled and we would not rate this hotel as 4 star! It didn’t meet our expectations too many basic needs missing from the rooms. For us no shower only a bath! No toilet brush (that’s a first) to leave the bathroom as you found it. No nice towels only a hard thin limited quality. Toiletries very basic no nice touches.
No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Limited reception facility. No hotel facilities like a bar or sitting area to relax.
We would give this hotel a 2/3 star rating at best.
Hotel was clean and breakfast was nice but that is the basic you pay for so no extra service justifying a 4 star rating received but you pay a 4 star price. Directors need to focus on customer experience more. I suspect they are busy all year round and they don’t have to try very hard on customer satisfaction.

The hotel occupies a great location a few metres from the cathedral and close to the city walls. It's a very old buiding with tastefully decorated rooms. We had a balcony with good views of the immediate area. The bathroom was spacious and accommodated an excellent wet room. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel, preferring to sample some of the many local cafes most of which offer great value breakfast options. A fridge and safe were available in the room. It's worth pointing out that a large number of steps have to be negotiated to reach the hotel when walking from the centre of the city.

The cutest, clean hotel in this majestic medieval town of Girona. One of the most beautiful towns. The cathedral is right near the hotel, which is situated on the side of the mountain in Girona. Amazing views a short walk away.
