It was hot and the a/c wasn’t working. I started to call at 9PM to get help. The receptionist kept saying someone would be up in 15 minutes to fix it. No one came! I gave up by 10:45. It was not a restful sleep.
We opened a window. Problem with window is that it opens to inside of room!
This hotel is beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay here longer. Truly a gem of a place-clean, comfortable and the staff incredibly friendly and super helpful. Would definitely stay here again!!
We stayed here at the beginning of our biking tour. They are geared up for bikers although the storage location for the bikes is down a windy flight of stairs or a small elevator (you have the wheel the bike in). We had the breakfast in the morning before we left and it was the best of our trip! The beds are VERY firm but the location and cleanliness made up for it!
Very clean and convenient. Most friendly staff, especially Ruben in reception and Bradie from the restaurant. We stayed 7 nights. All good. The hotel is in the old town. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Visited Barcelona, only 1 hour by train. The Ramblas is destroyed. No experience. Shame. In Girona, we walked the wall. 3.5 kilometers. By the way, the hotel is idyllic for cyclists. Their every whim is supported.
Excellent hotel steps from the historic center. The rooms are modern, excellent service and a highly recommended on-site restaurant. It will definitely be our option the next time we visit Girona. The staff is committed to provide the best service possible. They have a great option for included breakfast.
