We actually stayed in an apartment owned and operated by the hotel (Apartments Place Del Vi). The apartment was huge and fabulous but it was a bit of a walk from the actual hotel and there was no way to drive to the apartment because non-local cars are not allowed in the old town. So, we felt a little funny rolling super loud suitcases over the cobblestone streets, past outdoor diners, etc. But we got there and it was worth the hassle. Hotel staff we wonderful.
The hotel is spectacular, central to everything, restaurant, plaza central. Steps away from the emblematic red bridge. Clean and spacious room, with mini bar and safe. super nice staff. 100% recommended.
We stayed for a couple of nights and we are happy we picked this hotel. It’s located in between the train station and the Old Town. Super accessible by bus and even close enough to be walkable if you don’t have a lot of luggage. Lots of restaurants close to it and Old Town is just a few steps away. The rooms were nice and big and clean. They had a fridge and a kettle in the room, although at checkout they thought that we consumed some items from the mini bar even if we didn’t so that was kind of weird. They held our luggage for us when we checked in early and also after checkout while we waited for our train. I would highly recommend this place!
This hotel has a great location in the heart of Girona. It is not easy to drive to for bag drop off, and only parking in a nearby parking garage which was also an adventure to get to because so many of the roads in the area are supposedly pedestrian only. The hotel staff was very nice. Our room was clean and neat. We did opt for breakfast at the hotel (not included) and were pleased with the choices.
Stopped in the apartments on plaza V. Great location in the middle of the city (close to all great restaurants, coffee bars and also cycle hire shops). Apartment high spec and v clean. Check in/ out slick at hotel 5 min walk away. Despite being in the centre it was also v quiet. Would recommend
