The reception team are very friendly and helpful. The bar, breakfast and restaurant staff not so. It seems everything is too much trouble and is an inconvenience to them.

We ate in the hotel one night and the food was good quality but it was all cold and not much of it.

There is a good choice at breakfast but if it runs out, it’s hard to get it replaced. Two days running they did not have Breakfast tea!

The rooms are big, comfortable and very clean. Really nice large towels.

I would stay again but just expect a warm welcome. I wouldn’t dine again though.

My review is mainly based on the room and the helpful reception team.

Nice hotel, rooms elegant decorated, huge bed (queen size) and very confortable.
Parking service works well.
The only negative part on my opinion is location as is not so close to the historical center.
