Firstly, thank you very much for your recent stay at the Hotel Peninsular and for taking some time to share your experience.
I would like to apologise on behalf of the team and myself personally, as well as share that our fundamental purpose is none other than to always offer a good service. That is why we have recently allocated more resources to ensure it.
As in all changes, there is always a learning and adaptation process where we look for corrections to adjust all the details until we offer the best service possible, where lack of soap, for example, just does not happen.
On the other hand, I would like to respectfully add that all our rooms have wardrobe space which we think is suitable for the space of the room and the number of people it can hold.
