Ok so came here for a little break, the deal was an online cheap deal, yes cheap deal so if you are staying here then u have got a cheap deal lol, the hotel isn't bad at all, the rooms are quite small but if you are a couple it's quite nice, the hotel is a little far out looking at €35 to airport & only €10 Down to the port/main town, shower isn't the best and pillows give u a sleepless night, really you are only going to sleep here, most of the time you will be out, staff are nice and helpful. Remember it's a cheap hotel for the money.

Lovly hotel, nice staff, good location althought next time i will stay closer to city centre gothic quater area. Top terrance has a pool and jacuzzi that had a lovly view and as it is on the top the sun was shining down at you so you could sunbath in march if it was only 16 degrees, also jacuzzi was heated so again if it is mild you can still relax in the jacuzzi. Clean rooms, small room, no trills but thats what we wanted, cleaners were in every day and they did a great job, at the time of booking this hotel was one of the cheapest and best value so defintely recommend , havent tried to food/ breakfast so cant comment on that

OK the staff were wonderfull really friendly and helpful. The single room was like poision cell . No air-conditioning. No safe . No iron in room . No kettle. Couldn't spend a lot of time in room felt to crampt. I wouldn't class my room as a room more of a box . Very run down

Hotel a little out of the way from the action, but walking distance to train station. Check in was pleasant and staff were always willing to help. Front desk staffed 24/7 which is great
Breakfast was shared with another hotel- but had plenty of food and staff.
Room and bathroom nice size.
Apparently air conditioning is controlled by front desk- which kept turning off and wouldn't put it on when asked.

Decent hotel. Not especially well located. Rooms are mainly for double occupancy but it has 1 single room with a single bed on every floor (according to the floor plan on each floor). And unfortunately for me, I think I got the worst one: 107 (if I remember correctly). Very small room, clean, single bed, comfortable enough for 2 nights. Big problem is that the only window looks onto... an interior emergency staircase. It actually does not open at all. So they is no direct view to the outside of the building (see my attached pics). Also, the A/C was very noisy and not the continuous type of white noise you can hope for to put you to sleep. No. The type of rusty, cracking noise that comes in and out all night. According to the floor plans I saw on the other floors, this is the only room like this. So hopefully, the others are better. I arrived early in the morning from a cruise and of course could not check-in. So I left my suitcase at the hotel and decided to go for a "hop-in hop-out bus tour". I came back to the hotel later that day and this is the room I was assigned. When I saw the window, I asked to change and the front desk clerk was not receptive at all to my request. Was told the hotel was full but in 2 days, I one saw 1 other client, and young asian lady... TV and A/C first not working. I asked the front desk clerck and he did not know how to use it. Back to my room, it was the maid, a very nice young lady who's English was better than the Front desk clerck, who helped me. The hotel shares a very small pool with the next door hotel on its roof. Because I usually travel alone, I don't think I would go back to this hotel except I can be confirmed that I will not get this room again. If not, I would definitely go to another location, especially for the price. This room with no opening should not ever be rented out.

Room tip: If you have a single room reservation for a single bed, make sure your room is not on the 1st floor.
