Definately worth a stroll to check out the narrow streets, little eateries and bars and funky shops. A good place to come at night too with plenty of options for sustenance!

Loved walking around the winding streets of the Gothic Quarters. Wont disappoint those that just go and wonder. Wish I paid for a tour

This area is one of my favorites in Barcelona, with quaint streets, beautiful buildings and lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Great atmosphere, always come here when I visit the city, and although prices are touristy, the surrounding beauty is hard to beat. Just beware of breakfast bars on the Rambla (a bit far, but still): they are overpriced and try to screw you with giant orange juice beer mugs for 20E a pop!!!

I loved exploring this wonderful part of Barcelona. I just simply fell in love with the Gothic Quarter. It was a kind of escape from the reality with lots of beatiful historical buildings taking you back to centuris, with nerrow streets, lovely little shops, cafes, tapas bars, and hidden gems, museums, arts, and of course the wunderful Cathedral of Barcelona. It is worth to give enough time for yourself to walk around and enjoy it by daylight to see the features of the buildings and not to get lost in the maze type of very nerrow streets. We saw it first at the night of our arrival and it was magical and very romantic with the balsamic warm weather and the heartwarming beautiful music played by very talented and professional street musicians. The feeling I felt there was beautiful and can not be told by words. I would love to go back as soon as possible to feel this magic again.
