Perfect location right next to the aqueduct! Our room had a great view of it too! Comfy clean rooms with very friendly and helpful staff!the roof terrace is nice area to chill out for a bit. Great value! The buffet breakfast was also great! Definitely the place to stay in Segovia!

Well located, nice, clean, modern. All rooms have wonderful view, especially our room which had view to the aqueduct and the city. The hotel has a fabulous location, walking distance from all the monuments and/or historic landmarks. See photos.

We booked this last minute on booking.com and obtained a room for the night at 53€! Irate this as the bargain of the year. The hotel itself is a modern building 200 metres from the astonishing Roman aquaduct. The rooms are large, very large. In fact in ours they could have built a partition wall and called it a suite. The bathroom was also spacious, very clean and stocked with an adequate supply of toiletries. Friendly and helpful staff complete the package of a comfortable hotel in a superb location. As for Segovia? It is a remarkable web of medieval streets, wonderful churches, good restaurants and shady squares. You'd have to be brain dead not to fall in love immediately.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the aquaduct, not on the road. But you'll pay more. Note that due to good glazing rooms on the road are not noisy.

Stayed here 3 nights, first night had a room with a wonderful view of the aqueduct but it overlooked the square outside as well which was very noisy so chose to change rooms for the rest of our stay, no view but much better night's sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the parking secure, good wifi. We would definitely return to this hotel. The location is superb.

Room Tip: Avoid overlooking the square, you get a wonderful view of the aqueduct but it is noisy.

The hotel is situated in a low-rise building at the foot of the famous aqueduct, set somewhat incongruously behind a some fast food outlets. Once one had had mastered the rather temperamental revolved door, inside a awaited an elegant new world.
Staff at the reception desk were kind, helpful, and efficient, and the lobby area, although a little dark, was modern and welcoming.
Upstairs, the rooms our party occupied were of decent size, clean, and comfortable. The beds, however, we felt were rather too hard. The WIFI worked perfectly well, the rooms were decently soundproofed, and the bathrooms were well-stocked with what hotels like to call 'amenities'. In one of our rooms there was a bidet and shower/bath, and in the other room, there was one of those showers that can do absolutely anything - if you can work out how to make it work...
The next morning, breakfast consisted of a pretty good spread, although it was necessary to use two teabags at a time in order to get a decent cuppa.
Only two criticisms - firstly that the lifts were probably the slowest in Spain - and often 'forgot' you had called them. Secondly, the hotel does not make best use of its unparalleled location. There was a fantastic view of the viaduct - if you leaned out of the window.
