The restaurant of this hotel is an undiscovered gem requiring a visit from a discerning foody.

Away from the tourist hubub of the centre of Segovia this is worth a try. All the classical regional dishes are found here in a relaxed atmosphere. The service is always with a smile.

Not a great hotel. The common areas need urgent renovation. Impossible to take a shower without flooding completely the bathroom. A bit far from the city. Free parking, though. A bit expensive for what they offered.

Arrived to cheerful reception and given a room smelling of smoke which to be fair was swiftly changed to another room. Stopped for coffee in the bar to miserable waiter so left for the main town. Also dinner menu was not particularly appetising and expensive. Noisy room safe not working and woken next morning to slamming doors nearby. Breakfast appalling with over cooked everything good point is the location for onward to Bilbao!

This is a large and nice hotel on the very edge of town on the N110 road to Soria. The buffet breakfast is good and there ARE plenty of parking spaces. Indeed the day I was there the hotel was hosting a large wedding reception and although it was busy there was plenty of room. the pool is closed by September as I found in other places on my travels.
The Aqueduct and centre are about 3 miles away-too far to walk if also walking around Segovia. The buses were not too frequent and I ended up getting a taxi at 6e each way. Just above the hotel is a nice bar/restuarant which is handy for a drink and/or meal. Over the road is a supermarket and petrol station.

Stayed for one night as a part of a trip. The first impression was that the staff was far away from polite and patient, especially the waiters at the restaurant. Also, the location of the hotel is not good, far away from the town center. The atmosphere at the hotel is not the best (narrow lobby, small parking, tiny reception, etc...). The rooms are good. Plus is there is a supermarket across the street (Lidl). Food is good, prices are OK for 4-star hotel.
