Had a quiet nice Sunday late lunch next to the beautiful Catredral. The food is good but not the best. The Lechazo Cordero was a bit salty but still good. Great wine selection from best labels of Spain at extremely lower price than other cities, had to double confirm the wine prices because they seemed almost half the real cost of Madrid prices. They have Top vintages that don't exist elsewhere. Due to mass bulk purchases at low cost throughout the decades. Just the wine made my day. Service is a bit slow but good, the elder waitress is great and seasoned and very attentive. But service attitude towards customers could improve, a bit cold. If you want to try the best Lechazo in Spain go to Lerma. A tiny town few miles South of Burgos with the best quality Asador meats in Spain. The location here is great and convenient but quality suffers due to tourist spot.
