WE booked this hotel for a couple of nights so we could visit the area. It is on a bit of a hill but has a big parking lot outdoors right in front of the hotel. It is a steep walk down and then about .5 mile to the Juderia-Jewish quarters which is in the city walls. We like walking and are in our 40's but for elderly it might be a bit different. A taxi ride back from town was like 7 Euro so not bad. We walked all day and visited so a taxi ride was the best choice back.
The Hotel is very clean not a 5* but still we enjoyed looking at the great views from the balcony. All rooms face the town so you can't go wrong. November we paid like 67 Euro so not bad. However if there is a smoker down stairs in the garden it can get stinky in the room. The fan in bathroom was existent. We looked at the breakfast but for 11 Euro opted to go to town.
I would definitely return here and recommend it if you don't want to be in town and if you have a car.More
