We stayed over the bank holiday weekend as we were attending a wedding. We chose this hotel as we got a good price and it was ideally located for us to drive to the wedding location. It was easy to find and is a very short drive from the old town centre. You could easily walk it too if you don't mind steep hills. The view from the front of the hotel is stunning. We had a side room so didn't have the luxury of the view but it wasn't an issue. The staff are friendly and helpful. They spoke good English too. It's clean and tidy, and is typically Spanish in decor. Our room was basic but totally suited us as a Base, our double was two singles pushed together and they made them separately too! We also had a smaller single for our 2 year old, the room was plenty big enough for us. It had a desk, small minibar/fridge, small tv, large bathroom with hairdryer too. Beds were comfy and made everyday for us. Air conditioning was very useful as it was a warm weekend. Would say that the cleaners were a little noisy early in the morning!!! There is an underground car park for guests, which was great as no Street parking is a bit of a lottery, although we weren't advised that this facility is charged for on a daily rate until we checked out which was a bit irritating at a flat €13 per day. On the whole it was fine and suited our needs so I would recommend it if you're just looking for somewhere conveniently placed to the town without being in the middle of all the goings on and just want somewhere to sleep and get ready etc.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the river, and close to the downtown area with friendly staff. I got there early so I found a parking spot right in front of the hotel, in the street. I had no need to drive anywhere on the incredible narrow streets.

Bus #12 runs about every 1/2 hour to the downtown area for 1.40 euros. Make sure you ask the bus driver where to catch the bus to come back to the hotel. It is about 40 yards from where the bus drops you on the main plaza, higher up the hill. It is the same bus number but the route back is slightly different and could save you from getting lost and having to figure out where the hotel is. Toledo is a must see in Spain.

We booked two rooms for 3 nights. Beds comfy, rooms clean and with amenities, although the a/c blew out hot air - not an issue when we were there as it wasn't hot weather. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
A great location - it's a steep walk into the centre but downhill coming back! Close to the old Jewish Quarter and great walks by the river. Would use again.
Perhaps some English language TV for international guests would be good, though the Wi-Fi meant I could get BBC news in my room.

Good value. Parking available in the underground car park, but tight so not suitable for a large car. Continental breakfast was nice. Good location if you need parking. We were able to leave the car in the garage while we explored the town the next day

My husband and I enjoyed staying here one night while on a group tour. Our room was pleasant, very clean. We appreciated their very nice sheets and towels. This hotel is located in quiet area and we enjoyed a good night's rest. The hotel is a short uphill walk (or taxi) to the historic area with shops and restaurants.
The buffet breakfast did not offer any warm foods, but there was fresh fruit and yogurt, which we enjoy, as well as other selections.
