I booked the hotel very much last minute, as coordinating my work commitments with my Son's had delayed us from booking earlier in the season. All we were after was some down-time with some sunshine and reasonable weather, comfy beds and decent food and drink. What we got was fantastic weather (for the time of year), a lovely clean room (as was the entire hotel complex), very friendly and helpful staff across all the services (front desk personnel, cleaners, restaurant and bar staff, poolside staff) and a very reasonable choice of food and drink. We had booked the All Inclusive package and although the food wasn't quite as good as at some other All Inclusive hotels I have been, it was perfectly adequate. Apart from breakfast, the food varied to a reasonable level throughout the week. We did treat ourselves to a meal out in town on the last night, but that was more for a change of scenery than the quality of the food. The drinks provision was very good whether during meals in the restaurant, at the bar or by the pool. There was a range of hot and cold drinks that were part of the All Inclusive package, including some cocktails, and there were filtered water machines around the hotel and also "ground coffee" machines. The hotel has two pools, one for relaxing by, the second more suitable for swimming lengths. This was located up some steps to the side of the hotel, along with a tennis court (EUR 10/HR) and a table tennis table (FREE). The bedroom was a little dated, but a great location overlooking the main pool area. The only things that let it down, and I don't mean to say they were a problem as such, was that the air-con was a little under-powered, the shower pressure was a bit low and the TV (not that we even switched it on) was outdated. Also it is worth noting that the hotel charges for the use of the in-room safe (EUR 2.20/DAY) and the mini-bar (don't know the cost). I do believe that the rooms are being updated. Maybe ask when booking to see if you can request one. Even if you can't, it shouldn't put you off trying this hotel. I certainly would go back again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view of the pool. Lower level rooms will be quieter, the higher levels will provide you with a sea-view (0.5 miles)

Nice hotel this. Beds are amazing really comfy. However the aircon needs upgrading not fit for purpose too noisey and ineffective. Food is okay (3/5) would be better for them to concentrate on quality over quanitity. The morning coffee MUST be improved its awful!
On the whole the north of Tenerife is much more attractive than the south. Keep away from Los C!

Wonderful hotel, clean and spacious rooms. We had pool view on 3rd floor which was lovely. However, on top of very steep hill and can be difficult if mobility is reduced. We hired a car and car parking is very limited, local streets very busy. Food was plentiful and something to suit everyone. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Reasonable prices for drinks in the bar, only thing missing was late entertainment, it finished at 11pm and if you were on 2nd sitting for evening meal, you don't have long for entertainment. Always plentiful sunbeds by the pool which was a pleasure to see and pools very well maintained. Thank you for an enjoyable break, we will be back again in the future.

I stayed here for 10 days and was amazed by how beautiful the hotel was, as the photos do not do it justice. The location is great only a 5/10 minute walk into town with loads of shops and bars and restaurants and the beach. Also you can catch the train for free in town that takes you to the zoo which is an amazing day out. Plenty of night time entertainment every night and a huge variety too. I am an extremely fussy eater so was worried I would like the food but it was amazing and so much choice too from pastas, pizzas, Chinese, Mexican, chips, rice, chicken, fish, burgers, salads, soups, Ice cream and cakes. The hotel staff were amazing. When we arrived it was around 3 or 4am and we were starving but the hotel staff had already prepared a meal for us all before we had arrived, I've never received such outstanding service at any other hotel before. The staff were friendly, polite and hardworking and always went out of their way to help hotel guests. Amazing!

The hotel is beautiful and staff are very willing to help. However the food was depressing. We stayed all inclusive and while the pool bar is amazing and bartenders were great, the food was inedible and we mostly went out to eat. Breakfast was okay as there is lovely fruit available but the food was not up to much:
The pool is awesome and the life guards are very nice
WiFi is very frustrating and is on/off.

Overall great hotel, just the food and WiFi need improved.
