A lovely townhouse, kind of unusual in a destination packed with large hotels. Bed and Chic is different, and offers a different feeling. I really enjoyed my stay, as I didn't mean to spend all my time at the beach, so I did not bother not being overlooking it.
The location is very convenient, just a walk away from both Las Canteras beach as well as the port. The interior decor is nice and cared for to the tiniest detail.
I would recommend it to anyone wishing to explore Las Palmas and Gran Canaria rather than to someone who's looking for a mere beach holiday.
Perfect for couples, friends or solo traveller, not much for families as it does not boast lounges other than the roof terrace (a great add on!) and the bar downstairs.
The two roof terraces are just a treat: one is exclusively for the guest (breakfast can be served there, too, if you wish) and the other is a pretty hip bar that serve amazing cocktails!
If a suggestions can be offered, it will be to add some hooks and some "functional" items to the bathrooms, which are very nicely appointed but would benefit some extra treat. Same for the toiletries: a vanity set and sample of conditioner or body lotion would be appreciated (maybe Aloe based, as it is the traditional product on the island?)
The hair dryer is a good one, though, very appreciated!
Good wifi (free of charge), too.
Highly recommended to anyone looking for something different from the usual accommodation proposals and with a keen eye for design and style.

N

Room tip: I would suggest a roof top room, or any room overlooking the park, pref on the second or top floor.

We stayed in this hotel for a week and I have to say it was a great experience. The staff is very friendly, the hotel has a beautiful interior and the room was very clean. There is a little terrace on the ground floor where we had a delicious breakfast every morning. The beach is only about 5 minutes away and plenty of restaurants to dine in.
All together we had a good time and we plan to go back..

We have finally dried out after a week long stay in Las Palmas where it rained every single day. However we enjoyed good food and drink and a great hotel. The welcome was warm, the room was delightful and much bigger than we had expected with a large and very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also large with a separate toilet and there was even a hallway with coat rack so we could leave our wet coats and boots outside. The staff couldn't do enought for us, making suggestions of where we could go in the rain, checking the weather forecast not only in Las Palmas but around the island to see if there was anywhere dry and really helping us to make the best of a very wet situation. The location was great with a wonderful view (through the rain) from the rooftop. Would definately recommend

Room tip: We were at the front which was fine but the rooms at the back are probably quieter as they overlook the park

Recommended by friends, booked a four night stay and it was just as nice as they had described it . The room was perfect, over looking Catalina park. Ideal location for sight seeing, shopping and the beach. The newly opened cafe on the ground floor served a lovely breakfast, The staff were friendly and were happy to help with any queries. Plenty of places to eat in the area. The bus from the airport stops just the other side of the park.Would highly recommend as the place to stay in Las Palmas.
