Food lovely. Advocados excellent. Portions too large. Staff so nice. We will be back next year for this little oasis.

It takes a supreme level of culinary ineptitude to have me reaching for the guitarist providing background music (genuinely first rate) to find the highlight of dinner.

From the start of the meal (stale white bread rolls with portions of butter in plastic packets) through the tasteless rice with squid and finally the brutally overcooked mackerel (at least that's what they thought it was) this was a night to forget.

Even worse- as a non-hotel guest I was told I couldn't take the hotel lift down the cliffs and would have to call a cab to drive me down to the restaurant. It takes a very special level of ineptitude to alienate your clientele so comprehensively before they have even sat down for dinner. The hotel is to be congratulated.

I would rather eat my right arm than eat here again. Caveat emptor.

Thank GeorgeGordon

We ate here once whilst staying in the local hotel. The taster menu was great. Freshly prepared food, beautiful fresh salmon, wonderful homemade soup. Lovely setting and good wine.

We had dinner there June 27th for our Anniversary. Very nice dinner. Each course was presented with style and detail. The meal was surprisingly good for a small island. We loved it. The oddity was the other guests were getting a sorbet between courses. I guess the German waiter had decided we should not have that pleasure. I still gave him a nice tip but didn't get a thank you. I guess they prefer German guests.....

Dear valued customer,
Thank you very much for the review of your recent stay, that help us to improve our services.
Regarding your comment about the sorbets service between courses, we want to explain that we only serve a sorbet between the fish dish and the meat with our tasting menu. Perhaps this has created confusion regarding the service you had and the service that the other clients had.
Our Norwegian-Canarian staff always strives to please and meet the expectations of all our customers, independently of their nationality. All our clients are equally important to us.

We hope to have the pleasure to welcome you again in the future to fully meet all your expectations.

Best regards
