The hotel is rated three stars but I would say maximum two stars. Good location near to the port. Old furnitures in rooms and beds not comfortable. Rooms clean so OK for sleeping few nights. Breakfast is very very poor. Usually enough free tables but guests must clean after previous guests to get table. Boiled eggs overboiled so inside they were green, maybe they think they have to boil them long enough to become soft ? Will not stay there again.

Bit of problem with parking especially if there is something going on in the town.We did eventually found somewhere about a ten minute walk away.Rooms are clean but ask for one of the newer rooms.Plenty of bars and restaurants around.
Nice clean hotel , friendly staff , breakfast was typical Spanish , very fresh and lovely , great location, roof top sunbathing area and hot tub was excellent but this is not a typical tourist beach holiday hotel experience
This is a nice little hotel - clean and comfortable. We had a view over the park but you couldn’t see much but we didn’t mind as we were only there for one night. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast is continental and just ok. There is no parking for the hotel but we found a free car park nearby which is fine although I was heavily pregnant so getting luggage back and forth wasn’t ideal but I managed. The best thing for me was the location- some nice restaurants nearby, the beautiful park with the tower and close to the ferry port. San Sebastián is a nice little town.
I moved to this hotel after spending 1 night in another place. This hotel is very nice. It overlooks the park,- yet still very quiet- the rooms are clean , the A/C works well, its central to San Sebastian the staff is friendly and the food in the restaurant is excellent. I would highly recommend it.
It's a three star hotel but the Superior rooms in the new wing are easily four star quality so I would definitely recommend booking one of those for a longer stay. Our room was also very quiet as it was facing the park and there's not too much traffic or party animals around anyway. The location of the hotel is very convenient in the middle of San Sebastian but not too far from the ferries. The room we had had was nearly perfect. What we didn't like was that there is not a proper double bed, just two beds pushed together. You need to also pay to use the safe which is stupid in my opinion. The breakfast was quite basic but did the job.
