Just returned from these apartments we found them to be very clean and comfortable. We had an upstairs one which was great as the breeze would come through the shutters keeping the rooms airy even in the August heat. Plenty of hot water, just be careful not to turn the shower on too fast as it might come off the hook spraying water over the bathroom!!! Change of towels midweek. Bed comfy and my son slept well on the pull out in the lounge. Kitchen is well enough equipped to make breakfast and pack lunches ect, we ate out in cala n forcat every evening which is only 5 mins from the apartments, (Los Delfines was our fav restaurant). The swimming pool is quiet deep so keep an eye on any non swimmers in your group, but there is shallow kids pool too. The little beach of Cala n Forcat is just accross the road is very small but never that busy, swim out a little way for good snorkeling!! The owner of the apartments Joaquin is very friendly and came to great us the day we arrived with a map of the island and some useful info about where to visit and best restaurants.
We had an amazing holiday in Menorca and would definitely return to these apartments.

Room Tip: upstairs room nice and airy

Just got back from our amazing stay there and would definitely recommend it!! Quiet peaceful but near to everything. The owner very helpful and friendly and everything we asked for we got i.e cot, iron, blender. And before the trip any questions i had he owner replied back straight away no matter what time it was!The cleaning staff were nice too with one asking if I wanted a kettle with me being English!!
My children made friends with the other children there and could play in the pools whilst we watched on at out appartment!
The appartment was very comfortable with a bath as most places we've been has only had a shower. Big fridge even an oven and a new tv lots of space!
There was a fan but we didn't need to use it once as the sea breeze goes straight through the appartments! There was a huge BBQ which we used many times too! The free 24hr wifi was great along with free safe box!
The reason why I chose fiestapark initially was that it was the cheapest I found plus the fact that it was a small place
We had such a happy stay here and will return of course!!!!

We have stayed here a couple of times as a couple we enjoy the small quiet apartments that don't have kids clubs these apartments are located next to the Farragut hotel so any body who knows the place knows you can walk to the shops, bars ,restaurants easily and there is a lovely little bay opposite the entrance the rooms themselves are equipped with everything you need and the owner will get you any else you just need to ask he is a lovely helpful man I can also recommend the bar meals are hoping to return again soon

We returned from the Fiesta Park apartments just over a week ago. The apartments are really nice - only 24 of them all set around a pool area - very quiet and therefore very relaxing! Some days we hardly saw anyone - you could hear a pin drop and obviously there was never a problem getting sunbeds!
For the first few days of our holiday, the weather was quite grim, raining and gale force winds so we didn't sunbathe (!) and walked into Los Delfines instead - this is only about 5/10 minutes walk and there are plenty of the usual gift shops / football bars / Irish pubs mixed in with one or two really nice restaurants ( La Grill Brasas was nice, as was the Los Defines)- there's plenty for families with young children, such as go kart rides / bouncy castles etc but probably not so much for older kids.
There are plenty of local buses to go further afield - we went into Cuitadela on one of the rainy days - really nice 'old ' town.
Prices were quite cheap - around 2 euros pint of beer ( although 1.80 for a half!) and a meal for 2 with wine for around 30 euros. I'm sure there were cheaper places to eat if you like chips with everything but this is not our thing - we prefer a bit more 'authentic' Spain.
The staff at Fiesta Park are lovely - really helpful and friendly, despite the language barrier with one or two ( the owner Joaquin speaks perfect English) and we had one towel change during the week. The apartment had everything we needed - fridge, microwave, plenty of plates & glasses etc, even a tea towel - you will need to bring a dishcloth or buy something to wash up with.
In summary, I would wholeheartedly recommend these apartments, particularly for young families - there are a number of lovely little coves nearby where you can spend the day ( if you have better weather than us!) and if the weather is not so good, there are plenty of places to entertain the kids.

Room Tip: We stayed on the ground floor ( there are 2 storey blocks) - nice and shady on the terrace whereas the upper apartments were in full sun

Used FP as a base as we had hire car. Festival of Saint Joan was coming to an end and one group of young men became boisterous overnight and caused problems and were thrown out the next day. I would say outside of festival time all male bookings are rare. Were given wine and fan as a gesture by Joaquin for the inconvenience caused. A family run business that care about customers and are trying to update rooms etc. Outside of festival time a place for couples of all ages and young families. David UK
