This hotel was simply amazing and everything we wanted.
Staff were polite, friendly and helpful.
The level was welcoming with lovely food and drinks throughout they. You can't take anything out including water which i think is fine.
15 mins to Palma Cathedral
10 mins to POtixol bars and restaurants.
If you want a bed at the pool you need to be there at 9am and not leave it.
OOPs forgot you can see everyone having showers despite the blind.

Stayed here for 5 nights and this hotel was an excellent choice.Pleasant check in by David.The rooms were well equipped and spacious.The hotel style is very modern.Situated a 20 minutes stroll to the cathedral and across the road from a very nice beach.The breakfast is buffet style,really good choice available.The roof terrace is a great place to start the evening.Would stay here again.

Very nice experience...great front desk staff!!

On a leisure to Mallorca for 3 days with some other friends, we though booked the Melia Mallorca, a more business-oriented hotel. The choice was not to be regretted at all with a very special mention to the reception team ( Jose and Joanna) who for 2 entire days did not stop providing with great information about the island, the restaurants to recommend, the places to visit and the follow-up. a great and amazing attitude that deserves to be mentioned.

Reception and rooms had kind of minimalist decoration and this added to the feeling of ample and nice big rooms. The bathroom was also very nice. Breakfast was rich and again served by very nice people.

Besides, the hotel was not far ( by car ) from the Cathedral and the Belvere Castle which was also a plus

Very nice hotel, spacy rooms and nice comfortable bathroom. Missing iron in room. Superb roof bar by the nice swimming pool. Breakfast was really nice with a great selection...only missing "real" coffee (missing filter/americano coffee).
A bit walking distance to centre and no shopping/supermarket near by. Sand beach just across the street.

This was a holiday to include visiting our son and his family living in Palma. While staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was generally satisfactory but the lack of a balcony was a big disapointment. The area was also disapointing and is more suitable for commercial guests or those using a car.

Room Tip: Shower adjustment was difficult.
