Our stay was wonderful. The staff was very friendly, helpful and always wanted to make sure we were comfortable. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure our needs were taken care of. Whether it was sending taxi's to pick us up, or providing restaurant choices & general Bilbao information, they were great. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel well located, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, good equiped rooms. Close by the Guggenheim museam. We have't used the swimmingpool but it's located at the top floor. I would recommend the hotel!
Lovely hotel, great staff. 20 mins from old town. Everything perfect. Very good breakfast and flexible time period for breakfast (until 10.30 midweek). Nice rooftop area for chilling (pool is just a dipping pool).
We were in Bilbao to visit family and had an excellent stay in this hotel, the location is great and the room was lovely, the shower is amazing!! we even got a free upgrade on check in. All the staff we met were really lovely, one staff member even came up to say hello when we met him outside of the hotel during his time off. My husband made use of the gym which he enjoyed!! We will definitely stay in this hotel again when we come to Bilbao
From facilities to breakfast, not forgetting the staff friendliness, all very good.
The location is just perfect to visit all interesting spots in Bilbao... 90% of them just at a walking distance.

The room was comfortable and well stocked. The showers were amazing and the bathroom was large. Comfortable beds. The hotel advertised a spa/hot tub but it was an extra 15 euros per person per 50 entrance. This was very disappointing as it was a main reason we booked this specific hotel. Usually the use of the facilities is included in the hotel fare. It was not mentioned anywhere on the hotel website as well as the Booking.com portal. We found out about the extra fees once we were checking in.
