One of the main issues for us was the parking, the hotel only has 7 parking spaces and after that it’s street parking or an underground one
we used the street parking but because the different zones have different staying times and after parking overnight (after trying to put money into the machine at 9 am in the morning) you can’t continue the next day unless you move to a different area, I would suggest you try and prebook your parking with the hotel before arriving - otherwise its quite stressful - i realise its not the hotel fault, and the staff were very helpful
On checking in there seemed to be some confusion on which room we were staying in, we were informed we couldn't have the room we wanted as they had all been allocated
we were given a key which didn't open the the room - then given another key to another room on another floor. we weren't keen on this room and asked for a different room, then we were told that we could look at the room that we initially wanted - so it hadn't been alloced then ?
took a fair amount of time to finally get into a room and settle in, when we did we loved the room, more like a small apartment than a hotel room
hotel just 10 minute walk from Guggenheim
all in all, was a good stay, but...One of the main issues for us was the parking, the hotel only has 7 parking spaces and after that it’s street parking or an underground one
