I can’t say enough about this great hotel. It was extremely well located regarding restaurants and shopping. Specially great restaurants!!! Only 13 minute walk to Guggenheim museum, 6 minute walk to the casco viejo, and 12 minute walk to Ribera Market. The rooms were very clean, and well furnished. Choosing a room that included breakfast was a good decision, breakfast was excellent. Great staff as well. Would definitely repeat our stay!More

I stayed for two nights on a business trip. The hotel is perfectly located beside all of the major shops and trendy restaurants. The room, staff and wide variety of breakfast was all exceptional. My only complaint (if it even can be considered one) is that I forgot to take some body cream on this trip and coincidentally this hotel didn’t provide any either. I was a bit surprised since they offered everything else including a bath robe and slippers but no hand or body cream could be found anywhere. It wasn’t the end of the world however it was just a reminder to make sure that I always take some with me.

I picked this Sercotel because if it’s location and being new. It feels like new construction and very modern indeed.
It is like a boutique hotel and they are very attentive when you need things like more toilet paper. The only thing missing was availability of tissues. They provided individual little tissues in packs.
Breakfast was excellent. It had a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, juice, sweet rolls, even freshly made churros con chocolate and Spanish bread I can warm up to make small little jamon and cheese sandwiches served with little
individual glasses of crushed tomato through a sieve (maybe that is how they did it) and olive oil for the bread - like pan con tomato you make yourself.
Room was comfortable and quiet and the bathroom had a bidet!

The hotel is a really cozy place, like a Christmas house. We felt so good welcomed and good. Everything was so clean and good located. The receptionist was sooo nice, a real professional. Thank you so much!! We are so happy we have choosen you!
