Was at the property christmas of 2021 and cant tell you how good this property is. Rooms were modern, location is perfect and service especially during COVID times was impeciable. We did not use the gym but had a pizza one of the nights and it was delicious. The property does have a michellin rated restauraunt onsite so do feel free to experience it.More

This hotel is beautifully designed, super helpful and friendly and in a great location. We used the car park which was really easy to navigate and we also travelled with our dogs, who not only got bowls and a bed but treats most times we went through reception.
The restaurant for breakfast was amazing and had gluten free and vegan options.
Would definitely stay here again.

Me and my family spend 6 days in tayko hotel and it was absolutely fantastic. The personal staff was prepared and kind to us and the rooms were extremly clean!

The room was exceptionally clean and the housekeeping exceptionally thorough! Cleaned everything and replenished all supplies. The location is perfect. The natural light in the room was not sufficient. There was only one window in the suite that was narrow. The sitting area did not have a window at all that made it a bit claustrophobic.

Spend 4 nights and two dinner at the hotel.
All experiences have been better than expected
and I had a marvelous time.
The "zapatero" was closed and the hotel
picked up my shoe and send them to me to
Germany. What a great service. Thank you.
I like the breakfast, the dinner and especially
the care taking staff at the reception.
If you have a light sleep make sure to book
a room to the backside.

Centrally located, beautifully renovated, friendly staff. The building was among the first in Bilbao to be constructed in cement, and this heritage is preserved in the cleverly renovated staircase / open core of the building. The rooms are quirky and comfortable, some have balconies, and all feature l’Occitane bathroom products in large refillable bottles (a clever way to reduce plastic waste). The only downside is that there is no room service for breakfast, but the in-house restaurant offers a wide array of delicious choices to make up for it.
