Cool, new hotel in a fabulous riverfront location! An elevator just outside the hotel lobby drops you about five stories to the river level. The Guggenheim is just a five-minute walk downriver, and the Casco Viejo (old quarter) is a lovely, 20-minute stroll upriver. Hotel staff was super welcoming, cheerful, and helpful. Chic restaurant, bar and outdoor terrace boast stupendous views of Bilbao. Food and drinks were outstanding ... buffet breakfast was top drawer. For guests with cars, reserved parking is a must ... and easy. Car lift entrance is discreetly located near lobby entrance. The lift drops you and your car to the -5 level of an underground garage with some 25 good-sized parking spaces. Our river view room featured very modern decor and comfortable furnishings ... and again, stupendous views. We loved everything about our two-night stay at the Vincci Consulado de Bilbao ... A+++ for sure!

The hotel has an excellent location and short walk to the old town, new part and next door to the Guggenheim. Very warm welcome, efficient check in and handy Vincci app. Aora at reception was really helpful and gave us wonderful recommendations for food.
Nothing was too much trouble for her.

Room - not big but great bed and nice bathroom. Perfect for 2 persons. Street or River view possible.

Breakfast - perfect and with Nespresso coffee! Hurray. And amazing views!

Bar - nice and cosy and decently priced.

Great terrace, 15 min to the airport by taxi and Bilbao centre is easy to walk. Can recommend to do a bike tour but most of all enjoy the great Spanish/Basque atmosphere and foodie heaven! Thanks for a great stay!

One of the best 4-star hotels I ever seen. The personnel is very very nice. The room are clean. I could charge my electric car in the middle of the city in their garage - with car elevator entry. If they would upgrade their breakfast and have a piccolo, this hotel would certainly be 5-star.
