Really lovely hotel in the old city of Seville, and even though we had the budget room it was lovely. Has an elevator which makes bag wrangling easy, and the people who work here are very helpful. One thing, if you are a light sleeper, the rooms facing the Main Street may not be for you. Didn’t worry us, but it’s busy and lively

The hotel is so sweet! Beautiful decoration, spotless and with charming staff who were so helpful. Our room was small but we weren't in it much so it was fine.
We would definitely return. No need for meals as there are so many excellent cafes and restaurants locally

Room tip: ours was 26

Booked this hotel on line after deciding to take the train from Malaga to Seville at the end of our holiday. Took taxi to this small side street and arrived outside our hotel.
Very friendly receptionist who took the trouble to show us areas of interest on a street map. He Nipped next door to their restaurant for some bottled water for our room.
A welcome necessary as no facilities in the lovely double room, en suite on the second floor overlooking street. Balcony with shuttered doors.
Comfy bed but shower was broken. Had to manhandle door and hold shower head.
Would recommend, great attentive staff and clean room. Wi if only available in reception or restaurant.
Breakfast in restaurant was ok but busy with locals and other hotel guests from nearby.
Hotel location was perfect for access through old Jewish quarter to Alcazar and Cathedral.

Room tip: Great location

Enjoyed our short stay here. Nicely decorated room with nice en-suite. Very clean and reception staff couldn't be more helpful.
I left my coat there and, fingers crossed, they have posted it back to me in the UK.
Extremely near everything - just walk.

This is a pretty little hotel in a good location and I really looked forward to our stay here. However, the room we received did not match the reservation we had booked, nor did it match the room's advertisement info on Booking.com. We chose this hotel specifically because they offered a "street view" & "balconies" with their twin rooms (and even with their economy rooms). Yet when we arrived we did not receive our "balcony twin room" and were told there was nothing they could do as all other rooms were taken. So we had no window to the outside and were left facing an inner corridor. I understand that for some people this may not matter, but it was a very uncomfortable stay for us and our reservation was booked months in advance. I feel it is important to note this since the rooms actually state "balcony" and "city view" on multiple websites. That said, Hotel Puerta de Sevilla is a clean and well decorated place in a great area. The people were friendly and did apologize, so I do hope this matter gets resolved for future guests, and the advertising become more clear and forthright, because it does make a very big difference while on holiday.
