Went to the website, which evidently had never been updated. All available tours were from the previous month. So I called, asked (in Spanish) if any tours were available. I was directed to the website. When I informed them that the website was outdated, they were flummoxed. This ended the call.
Maybe they're underfunded. Maybe they're just incompetent. But communication is the bedrock of outreach. Idealistic or not, this foundation is evidently failing in this basic attribute.
