Stopped here for one night. Check in was quick and courteous. The room was big, clean and tidy. The bathroom was tidy but towels were not so soft. Lucky I was alone as they only supplied one small cube of soap. The biggest problem for me was the ever continuing noise from outside, all night. Cars hooting horns all night and shouting from people in the street until 06.00 in the morning. Breakfast was pretty good. Good choice of everything.

Very pleasant entrance foyer and fancy lift system. Breakfast had a good selection and good service. Unfortunately that is the extent of my positive comments. The room is of adequate proportions and the bed reasonably comfortable, however the decor is very dated, the furniture is badly worn with ill-fitting doors and the carpet is dirty. The desk lamp didn't work with a frayed cable exposing wires and a socket coming away from the wall. The bathroom was not as clean as it could be with hairs on the floor and a very worn shower head. The noise insulation is non-existent especially between the rooms but also from the corridor. Not the best experience and well below what is expected from a 5 star hotel.

This is a good Hotel, in a very good location, ten minutes walking from the old city, very close to the Sevilla Stadium, in front of the Corte Ingles, and three blocks from the train station where you can take the fast speed train to Cordoba, Granada, Madrid, etc. There are a lot of typical restaurants around the hotel, where you can eat tapas, paella and spanish ham
Breakfast is good, rooms are good, fees are reasonable with the service. Is a good option if you will stay in Seville for a few days.

We stayed here as part of a group, so I cannot comment on the price. Check in was smooth. Lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Elevators are really efficient- you have to input your floor number and it will tell you which elevator to get into. Never waited more than 5 seconds for an elevator! The hotel is located on a busy intersection, so in spite of the double paned windows, it was still kind of noisy. Thankfully the holiday light show, complete with music, from the El Corte Ingles across the street stopped at a reasonable hour. For those who don’t know, El Corte Ingles is the super Macy’s of Spain, complete with a grocery store and café in the basement. Across the street and to the right is a mall, cinema, and plenty of shopping restaurants.
As for the room, it was spacious but slightly dated. English TV channels are limited but at least the menu button will help you organize by language so you aren't needlessly scrolling! Bathroom was good- hot water worked. Still don't understand the 1/2 glass panel for the bathtub (see this EVERYWHERE lately) and there is a bidet. Breakfast buffet was typical for what we saw throughout our Spanish journey- breads, cheeses, cold cuts, fruits, and cereals. Hot items included bacon and eggs.
Overall, I think the location is excellent and the rooms are nice too (can’t complain). Ladies, do not leave Spain without buying some shoes and there are plenty of places to buy across the street.
