Hotel Fernando III Seville

Very nice hotel - only here for 2 nights. Very central for Seville highlights. Room was very spacious (had a problem with aircon, and staff moved us to new room immediately)
Rooftop pool/terrace was excellent, with super views of Cathedral, and rooftops. Cocktail bar on roof terrace was nice in evening. Staff (throughout hotel) were very helpful, and very happy people - seemed to enjoy work!

My favorite hotel on trip round Andalucía.

I loved this hotel . Location fantastic, rooftop pool area fabulous and a great way to relax from sightseeing for a few hours everyday, breakfast really good and most of all, staff were amazing .. so willing to always go that extra mile. Relaxed atmosphere and good value for money.

Great hotel but inconsiderate guests and thin walls let it down

This was suppose to be our one getaway this year as a romantic anniversary holiday. Wish we had stayed in our first hotel across town as 4 nights in this place not much sleep due to inconsiderate guests being over loud at all times of the day even taking work conference calls at midnight! Moving of furniture on marble floors late into the night even though they know the walls are paper thin!! I read a response on here from the hotel back in 2018 saying they were sorting the soundproofing but guess it’s not done yet? not good when you pay a lot for a room but feel like your sharing it with many others and it’s a non refundable room. Breakfast nice, staff friendly and location excellent but overall experience was not good. Will not be coming back.

Still awaiting a refund after nearly 4 months. Paid for trip in September 2019.

Used this hotel on a few occasions in the past and loved it. Booked again this year. The trip had to be cancelled back in May and we were told we could have a refund. The date for completing this was always vague until, in June, we were told that our refund was imminent. Still waiting and all subsequent correspondence has been ignored. Now having to clawback through our credit card provider. Appalling service.

The current situation derived from the COVID-19 crisis has taken us by surprise, like so many others, and the work to manage all the consequences that the regulations have caused us is being very hard.
Like you, many, many clients have had to cancel their vacations with us. We are trying to manage the return of your reservations as soon as possible, but the amount is huge and the time is limited.
We take note and refer the problem to the corresponding department to try to expedite the procedures.

Great hotel to stay in Seville

the hotel was in a great location and was everything you could need for a short stay. Fantastic rooftop with swimming pool, easy walking distance to everything and free parking in the heart of the city. But above all the service and staff were impeccable. i would definitely stay here again.
