We had a wonderful view, thanks to the very kind receptionist!! Arrived late and gathered a special offer for a superior doble room on 5th floor, overlooking the green gardens in front of the hotel, being able to fall asleep watching the Cathedral of Sevilla.

Hotel Alcazar is a wonderful place to stay in Sevilla. It is so close to the Alcazar that you can feel the parfumed breeze from the Alzacar's gardens. Great views, very well connected. Recently renovated, luxury, clean rooms and great TV with Chromecast
I planned to have a vacation in Seville, Spain and made a reservation in this hotel. Because of the Covid19 emergency in Italy (where i am from) i had to cancel my travel plans and couldn't stay at Alcazar Hotel.
Obviously i cannot comment about the rooms, the breakfast and all the other services offered by the structure. The reservation i made was "not refundable" but the direction of the hotel showed a great sensibility and understanding of the problem and decided to refund me everything, even if (contractually speaking) they had all the rights to retain the entire amount. And, their responsiveness was very quick.
So, this rating is to show my gratitude for how seriously you handle customer care matters and for your understanding. When the emergency will be finished, i cannot wait to be back in Seville, and have a stay in your hotel.

We spent 2 nights here. Amenities: 5/5; staff: 5/5; Location: 5/5; But can you sleep at night? 0/5 On Saturday night the music across the street stopped at 4:30, Sunday night at 2 am. The hotel realizes this because the room comes with complementary ear plugs. But if we can't sleep, we may as well stay at a hostel and save a lot of money. These parties in San Juan, every weekend in San Juan will unfortunately put the Alcazar out of business. This is too bad as it such a beautiful place.
The hotel met my expectations completely. Clean, upper-basic room and amenities, helpful staff and perfect location: everything I needed. The only down side was that my room (508) smelt a bit odd, but it didn’t bother me too much.
I have seen complaints about the smell of sewer gas. We just opened the window and turned on the bathroom fan, in minutes the smell was gone. This hotel is well located near all the major sights, Plaça de España, Alcazar, Cathedral etc. Front desk staff were very helpful. Place is very clean.
