We stayed at this hotel this weekend just for Saturday and Sunday night and what a nice place it is! The reception staff (Jesus and Julian) were both very helpful. The hotel is a little off the beaten track (about a 40 minute walk from the centre). But public transport comes often and stops just a short way from the hotel. Costs 1.30 euros to Prado San Sebastian which is a short walking distance from Alcazar and the Cathedral. A taxi to the airport costs 20ish euros (Jesus told us not to pay any more than 23 euros). The hotel itself is a little dated but it is clean and spacious. We tried a meal at the bar near reception for dinner one evening. It was served quickly and was very nice after a long day exploring the city. We had the breakfast buffet as well the next morning, plenty of choice for hot and cold food for 12 euros per person. Also across the bridge there are plenty of tapas bars. I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights on a trip to Isla Magica with my wife and kids. The hotel is just beside the park. Got a great deal for the room, the breakfast was very good and you get to go to the park walking in 5 minutes. The rest of the City is 5 minutes away if you have a car. Only downside is the fee for the parking: 15€ a day.

Pleasant hotel but a little bit too big and having some handwork going on... Sometimes we could feel a rude smell.
Great swimming pool.
The breakfast remind us the ones in caribeen :)
If you go to Isla Magica this is THE place to stay in!
The staff should bother on taking some classes on friendly manners...
4 stars - OK. 5 stars - not even in your wildest dreams...

Room Tip: 1201. Our room. Not bad. We were 4 (2 adults, a 8 years old child and a 5 months baby). Great WC.

This is our third time staying here and if you are travelling with kids the interconnecting rooms are brill-so make sure you ask for one-as is the location next to Isla Magica-you can hear the screams from the rides as you sit at the pool! .Since our last visit the rooms have had a makeover-the duvets and mattress toppers on the beds make them so comfy and inviting you could stay in them all day! Not too sure about the change from carpet to wood ? laminate flooring-thought the carpet was far more luxurious. Once again a fantastic buffet breakfast included in the Family rate they are now offering with the interconnecting rooms which is a great deal. The chocolate fountain in the breakfast buffet is the highlight for big and small kids- alike-well it does come with loads of fresh fruit!!

The hotel is pretty close to Isla Magica, but it can be a bit confusing to go to the city centre if you're travelling by foot.
This is a 5 star rated hotel, but in my opinion it is very weak as a 5 star hotel, I would give it 4 stars at the best. But since we booked it through a promotion, the price was quite reasonable for what we got.

As we got there, we were sent to a room that had all the electrical wires from the lamps and the other electrical appliances visible and spread on the floor. We went to the reception to warn the staff about this situation as this could be dangerous for our security, and because we didn't want to be charged by something we didn't do. So I talked in English with the receptionist, although I can understand and speak Spanish. The receptionist was absolutely rude to me, and he began talking in Spanish with other staff members right in front of me, talking about how my complaint was totally irrelevant and calling me a snob. This kind of behaviour shouldn't be allowed in a supposed to be 5 stars hotel.

He then sent us to another room which was pretty good, comfortable and spacious.

The swimming pool is great, very big, with a lot of chairs and a bar next to it.

It had a nice selection of pillows, which you can choose from, if you wish, one different every night.

The breakfast that was included was very good, it had a reasonable variety of food, and there was a cooker on the room that cooked right there in front of you some pancakes.

Room Tip: Speak in Spanish to the receptionist if you can, they certainly will be nicer to you and maybe put y...
