This is clean well decorated boutique hotel right in the centre of Seville. Everything is within walking distance all range of budgets can be found to eat and drink. However the Calle is on the main route through to the la alameda de Hercules which is really buzzy and full of good but cheap bars, most nights with live music. This means in an old building with original features (eg. no double glazing) it's noisy until early hours then normal life starts again 6ish. I loved it however, my husband who travels a lot for business and stays in hotel chains struggled a lot to sleep. If you want peace and quiet either stay in one of the pricey modern hotels in the central town or stay in a cheap chain around the airport and taxi in each day which is around 20 euros. Personally I'd buy earplugs and enjoy the boutique experience. We had a few problems don't get me wrong, hot water being the main. But it was always sorted out quickly. The customer service was excellent, Santos speaks excellent English his colleagues know enough that between basic Spanish and google translate you can be understood. In summary good hotel, good location, good staff, good rooms, little bit of noise.

It's a small hotel located in the very center of the city, very quiet, and an excellent and attentive staff. It's very close to the Hercules' Alameda, and to the Metropol Parasol as well. The room we were in (White room, they go by colors, not numbers) was kind of small, but has a little "patio" to hang out in.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this small hotel. The room was very comfortable and modern. We love how it was close to the Calle Sierpes, the beautiful shopping district in Sevilla, a wonderful street lined with many shops, cafes and restaurants.

The place is best for know Seville in a week cause you can go walking eveywhere.

The hotel boutique is very relaxing, the room is nice and warm. Bed was very comfortable.Free wifi and the TV are great. Very clean rooms and I loved the included breakfast.

Yes Santos, the recepcionist is so gracious and generous - anything you want he will get for you. Its like a 3/4 star resort treatment in a small botique motel setting. I would love to go back.

This hotel has a great location so you'd expect some noise, but I couldn't fault the place. It is basicly in the central of the city.

The staff are superb particularly Santos, who works in the reception, nothing is too much trouble for him. We booked an overnight and I wanted to decorate the room for my girlfriend, the staff were so accommodating (even provided some chocolate).

The rooms were exceptionally clean and airy, beds very comfortable and shower was excellent.

Thanks for making our weekend one to remember and I would highly recommend this warm and friendly hotel to anyone.
