Fabulously well located hotel in the Albacin area of Granada. A short walk up to the Alhambra and close to many hotels and restaurants. We had a suite with two balconies, one of which had a view of the Alhambra. Our room was full of old features, especially some beautiful wooden ceilings. Breakfast was excellent, with the fresh cherries really nice. Parking is a pain, but the underground parking nearby is only a short walk and you can drop your cases off at the door quickly before going to park. The hotel offer a discount on the parking price.

A short family stay in Granada. Had done the Alhambra on previous trip, so this time we wanted to get to walk and know the city. This was the perfect base. Central, clean, convenient and excellent value.

The hotel is a bit difficult to find the first time you arrive, it is on the main street so there's no parking but the hotel gives a discount for the public car park which is close by. Once you arrive you see how well placed you are for the many bazaars and restaurants without too much traffic.
The hotel is by no means luxurious but everything you need is here and it's spotless. A good buffet breakfast included, and for the time we spent in the hotel it was great value for money. At the back of the hotel is a patio with space to rest and take a cool drink after a hard day of sightseeing

Have just spent 2 nights at this hotel, Excellent location near the Cathedral, walking distance of Alhambra and surrounded by shops, bars and cafes. Our room was small, functional but very clean and fine as a sightseeing base. Breakfast basic but ok. We arrived by car as we are on a road trip and our problem with the hotel focuses on this aspect. The hotel website referred to a parking arrangement with a nearby public car park. On our day
of arrival we called in advance to double check and were assured the parking was very close. IT IS IF ON FOOT BUT
DRIVING TO IT IS A NIGHTMARE! We were not told how complicated it is to reach the car park which involves a long drive
around the busy one way system in Granada. Having attempted to find it for at least an hour we paused outside the hotel
and dashed in to get directions. We were given a map with a long and complicated route highlighted on it and set off again to
park. The route indicated involved some turns only taxis could make, leaving us to our own devices again to work out what to
do. Another hour wasted, exasperated and exhausted we finally found it and took one of the final spaces. It is a very busy car
park owing to its central location so parking is not guaranteed. We explained our frustration to the receptionists that night and
the next morning (the manager was never available to speak to directly) and although they were sympathetic the attitude was
pretty much 'yes, that's how it is, most people have problems and sometimes accidents (!!). We suggested clear
information be posted on the website (not in their control apparently) or at least that staff contacted directly in relation to parking give detailed
instructions that are up to date with current road layouts in the city. We did not expect a
hotel in such a central position to have a car park attached, it is by no means unreasonable however to expect clear
directions for the driving guest. This experience ruined our first evening and could have easily been avoided. If you plan
to drive there as a first time visitor do try to get the route in advance or you will see more than enough of the outskirts of this
lovely City !

We had a lovely two night stay here and it in a great location and can walk to most attractions
Rooms were nice and clean with very techno shower!
Staff were very helpful
Breakfast was excellent
The only negative is the slow WIFI just needs a stronger modem or amplifiers that's all

Room Tip: Try upper floors for quieter stay
