Stayed at this charming small hotel week commencing 12th March for 4 nights.
Its position is ideal for the all the attractions, bars and restaurants in Granada.
The staff were friendly and welcoming.
There was a good selection at the continental breakfast.
The room was a good size and had everything needed for a short break but we were at the front of the hotel in room 204 and as mentioned in the previous post this meant it was next to the left, facing the stairwell and the noise from the narrow street outside went on until the early hours of the morning, definitely request a courtyard facing room if booking this hotel.

Everything is okay, but the only thing better than okay is the atmosphere of the breakfast room (including a beautiful outdoor area when the weather is warmer), which does have character lacking in the rooms. Breakfast is adequate (only sliced breads, none of the interesting breads or pastries sold everywhere, croissant is just crescent shaped bread). Internet a disaster, either very slow or non-existent. Room has no character in an area full of "Moorish" character. Parking available.

Some of the receptions are friendly and helpful, others not. Located in a good area.

Overall, fully okay, but you kind of expect better than just okay, but maybe that's expecting too much at this price and in this location.

Room Tip: Not sure if any rooms have a lot of character.

I spent a few nights at this hotel in March.

The hotel is in a great central location and offered good value for money.

My room was comfortable and the breakfast was adequate.

Staff were friendly and tried to arrange a visit to the Alhambra.

*RECOMMENDATION* I would definitely ask for a courtyard room rather than one facing the street. I stayed in Room 104 which was next to a noisy lift and overlooked the street. Although I appreciate the central location will always mean an element of noise I really did struggle to get a good nights sleep due to the noise from local bars, cafes and service deliveries/rubbish collections which continued through to 4am.

I’d stay again ... but only if I could have a courtyard room away from the street noise.

This is an excellent hotel in a central location, the staff are professional and very friendly. A special mention must be made of Sylvia a receptionist who could not have been more helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and large en-suites. The Continental breakfast was good with a variety of cheeses, meats etc. Within easy walking distance of lots of restaurants, shops and easy access to local buses.

Our party of six stayed for four nights here and we were all bowled over by the hotel. Located at the foot of the Albaycin and just round the corner from the busy Plaza Nueva, it was in an ideal .location. The rooms were good sized traditional Spanish flavoured with comfortable beds and facilities. The reception staff were first class, especially Silvia who gave us lots of tips and information and enhanced our stay. Breakfast had enough choice to keep us all happy. Within yards of the hotel were more bars and restaurants than you could shake a stick at as well as the souk area giving it a good North African feel. Would definitely stay here if we came again. Great rates too.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the inner courtyard.
