It's a small hotel with maybe 20-30 rooms. Ours was small in size but comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and recommended a flamenco show, Zambra Maria la Canastera. A bus picks you up about 3 blocks from the hotel and the show was TERRIFIC. It's located in the gypsy caves in Sacromonte. The trip itself was exciting. Breakfast was adequate in a cute little breakfast room. It's well priced and our stay was very pleasant.

Room Tip: The second floor has access to an outside patio.

We were really looking forward to our stay and had had good, friendly communication w/the hotel by email before the trip so had high expectations. The hotel had been very helpful booking Alhambra tickets, which we appreciated. On arrival though, late at night before our Alhambra visit the next morning, the woman attending the front-desk was really unfriendly when we asked for a plug adapter that would allow us to charge our (dead) camera battery. Had been traveling extensively in Spain and every other place we'd stayed had been able to help provide something to help foreign tourists use Spanish outlets, including budget hostels. The woman was aggressively unhelpful and insisted there was nothing. "We are not a store," she said. I went back later after not finding any power adapters to buy in the neighborhood and asked her to please, please check again. Finally she did some more rummaging and pulled out a plug that did indeed (thankfully) allow us to charge our camera before the Alhambra visit and handed it wordlessly over with a shrug. That was it. Super weird, unfriendly attitude and really marred our first impression of the city. That said, the bed was indeed very comfortable and the location was great.

Dear Mrs. Tracy,

Thank you very much for your opinion, appreciating our hotel.

We are happy to know that your stay was satisfactory thanks mainly to our privileged location in the heart of the historic center and a step away from the Alhambra, and that we were helpful in getting your tickets.

We are sorry that the treatment was not to your liking but our only intention was to make your stay with us unforgettable.
We offered all our variety of adapters that we have for our customers, we are sorry that none of them were worth it for the your camera charger, we had never had any customer with this problem before. We always try to give the best service to make you feel at home.

It will be a pleasure for us to return to our hotel if you return to Granada.

Best regards,

Stayed for four nights at this lovely boutique hotel which couldn't have been better located for the Alhambra and other sight seeing attractions. From first booking I couldn't have asked for a better service with the many e mails I sent asking for information which were quickly responded to. The room was of a good standard with a free safe and a well stocked mini bar. If I had to be negative about this room is the fact we had to carry our suitcases up a marble spiral staircase from the third to the fourth floor. It was well worth the effort though because of the views of the Alhambra and the cathedral and a nice little patio outside. Breakfast was adequate with a good choice, staff were all lovely and very helpful, would definitely recommend

Perfect location for Alhambra etc. Rooms small but clean and well-designed. Bed comfortable and shower good. Parking available elsewhere, at a discount, but you can drive car up to the hotel to off-load. Tea and coffee available 24/7. However, best of all was reception and the helpful attitude of the staff. All our queries were answered patiently and in good English. Great little place!

My sister and I spent a night here and were very impressed.
The room was clean and the beds and pillows were lush. I could have stayed in mine longer had I not had an early reservation at the Alhambra Palace.
We stayed in the Alhambra view room and weren’t disappointed with the view. The room had its own little balcony separate from the room where we enjoyed a nightcap.
The staff were lovely and very helpful in identifying points of interest.
The location was perfect and only a short stroll to the entrance to the Alhambra grounds.
Although we didn’t have breakfast, there was free coffee and tea available on a 24 hour basis and the coffee was delicious.
I would stay here again and would recommend it to couples, families and solo travellers alike.
Thank you from Alison and Lindsey.
