The hotel has an amazing location in the city center , walking distance to the main attractions.

The room is clean , spacious and with a stunning city view .

The spa is not so good , couldn't turn on the falls and nobody knows how to turn it on which is sad if there were anyone to turn it on would have been great Ana the water could be a little more heated . !

The breakfast is good although it may not serve everybody since it's not a buffet as most hotels . it's an organic breakfast , you should try the wild juice. Fairly amount of food .

The front desk receptionist I believe her name is Miriam ( he is short and short hair), really look for her if you need anything while in Granada . Most of my good thoughts about the hotel is because of her , she has made an extremely easy check in , very helpful , she really put effort into her job And is always with a smile on her face and tries her best to help you with everything . I believe that the way a hotel treats its client defines if they keep
Or lose them .

I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone specially for couples .

If I come again to Granada I will surely stay here again .

We originally booked for 1 night but decided to stay a second, and then a third!
Staff are first class-Professional but extremely friendly and helpful.
A special mention to Mariam and the reception girls who soon remembered our names and other personal details. They made us feel so welcome and spoke perfect English.
Also a special thank you to Eduardo in the bar who was especially helpful and welcoming.
We requested a quiet room and that was exactly what we were given, tucked away at the back of the hotel.
The location is excellent with easy access to all the sights as well as a lively mix of tapas bars in the evening.

All in all, a fantastic base to explore Granada and the Sierra Navada.

A new hotel in a modern design. Great location, fantastic service, nothing was too much trouble for them.
A modern healthy menu is available in both the restaurant and the breakfast area. At table service for both. Whilst the menu may not suit everyone it is imaginative, fresh and beautifully presented.
Any teething problems were quickly resolved. For winter visitors they need to ensure the heating is more efficient........
I have never checked into a hotel in such an efficient manner. Well done.
To Paula, Paula and Raquel thank you.
Good value for money, and we will be back.

I was due to stay at the Marquis Issabel for two nights with my parents. Upon arrival, we were met at the hotel by Miriam, who was very charming and showed us around. The hotel is really beautiful and everything is brand new, however unfortunately as we arrived on the opening day, the heating had not yet circulated all around the hotel properly and so we actually ended up being moved to another nearby Marquis hotel. The staff did everything they could to make up for this, even bringing us delicious breakfasts from the Issabel to the hotel we had been moved to and arranging complimentary massages for us in the hotel we had been moved to. We ate dinner one evening in the Marquis Issabel and the food was excellent. If I go back to Granada, I would definitely book it again!
