We stayed here for nine days in a junior suite. Attentive serviceminded staff, good food and pleasent surroundings. It was a very pleasent stay. On the negative side is unheated pool and dated furniture. All in all we recommend this hotel

Lovely hotel 10minutes walk from Puerto Banus. Fantastic staff all very friendly and Nicholas the head waiter was superb. The food in the bistro was delicious and half board was a great deal. Hotel very clean but a bit tired looking.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. Staff was super nice, and the food, was incredible thinking it is a hotel restaurant. They make their own pasta, and I believe they make their own pizza dough as well, but I'm not 100% sure about the pizza dough.

Very quiet, perfectly place so pleasant walk into Puerto Banus alongside beach from rear of hotel.

What a wonderful hotel, easy check-in friendly and polite staff. Great location and excellent staff. Nothing was an issue here, I brought along loads of adapters for the plugs...I packed the incorrect ones but reception was great and send one up for us to borrow until check out. The room and the whole hotel was immaculately clean and the food was lovely, fresh and tasty.
Great view from our room, robes and fresh towels changed without any issues. I cannot wait to visit here again as our stay was very short.
Great location for walks and the beach is lovely along with the whole place.
My only issue was the pillows (still find this to be an excellent stay) not enough support for me.
Had a great stay at the Guadalpin Banus. The suite was great, lots of room, large terrace and handy kitchen. Important in these times the standard of cleaning was exceptional and the Covid precautions throughout the hotel were robust. Fantastic breakfasts and great location. 5 stars for us. Nick.
