For those looking for an intimate hotel, it doesn't get much better. It is all low rise; small pockets of accommodation surrounded by glorious flowers and trees. It is definitely exclusive but not stuffy at all. I had a sea view room on the ground floor which had a large terrace then steps down to a big terrace with 'Nicky Beach' style sun beds for two plus, which were private to only four rooms. A few steps away was the sea/pool and sea restaurant/bar. On the beach was a separate beach bar and restaurant. The rooms were large as were the bathrooms. There are a few bars/restaurants scattered around but nothing noisy. Also a well run kids club. The buffet breakfast was superb, with chefs waiting to make you a fresh juice (not your norm, these were for detox/skin/liver etc etc) and were delicious, there was also free champagne, although a bit early for me!!
The service was very good but, disappointingly, I found the food unremarkable for a place like this. Therefore you are best to eat at one of the many good restaurants around in my opinion, especially considering their prices. Drinks €20 approx for a short and mixer too!
I would definitely stay here again, it was just lovely, peaceful and friendly.More
